How do I register my card with Mastercard® Identity Check™?

Via "My TF Bank" or the TF Bank Mobile App.

Variant a) In the TF Bank Mobile App:

1. If you haven't already done so, install our TF Bank Mobile App. Instructions and further information about the app can be found here.
2. After successful installation, open the app and log in.
3. Go to "My TF Bank" in the lower menu bar and press "Mastercard® Identity Check ™".
4. Enter your mobile phone number, which is linked to your TF Bank account, and set a password of your choice. There are certain requirements for the password, which you can see under "Password requirements".
5. After successfully defining the password, Mastercard® Identity Check ™ can be used immediately for your next purchase.

Variant b) Under 'Meine TF Bank' on our website:

1. Visit our website and log in to 'Meine TF Bank'.
2. Under “Card services”, open the menu item “Set password for Mastercard Identity Check”.
3. Enter your desired password and confirm it. Make sure that your chosen password must be at least eight characters long and contain one uppercase and one lowercase letter as well as a special character (-, @, #, $, &, *, +, please do not use \ and “) . You also have to enter your mobile phone number for confirmation.
