How do I block the card?

You can have your TF Mastercard® Gold blocked by calling 030 - 814 566 890 from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Outside of our opening times, you can reach an English-speaking service centre by using the same number, where you can have your card blocked around the clock.

In addition, our latest app feature now allows you to block your credit card in case of loss or theft through our TF Bank Mobile App. All you need to do is make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the app. Update your mobile app version to take advantage of the new feature.
