With IDnow, confirming your identity and signing the contract online is a straightforward process. Locate the IDnow link provided in your welcome email*.

Ensure you have your ID document at hand and scan both the front and back.

Required documents:

• German/EU citizens: ID card or passport (front and back)
• Non-EU citizens: Valid residence permit (with a validity of at least 24 months from the date of application)

Following document submission, you'll be prompted to mirror the hologram to verify the authenticity of your document. To enhance your personal security, a video selfie is also necessary. This ensures that your ID document is used exclusively by you. The final step is to provide your digital signature.
