How am I protected in the event of card misuse?

If you use your Mastercard® Gold for a purchase, you can claim back the amount paid via Mastercard, provided the company does not deliver, refuses to accept a legitimate complaint or no longer exists. Please contact the dealer first.

If your product or service is covered by personal or compulsory insurance (e.g. travel insurance), you should first contact the insurer to make your claim. If this is not successful, you are welcome to submit your claim to us.
